In collaboration with Rendell Ascueta, Robyn Do, Francisco Martinez and Eugene Takagi, we were tasked by Perspective Branding to developed and designed a series of hypothetical alcohol-based health drinks for an elder audience.

We developed Liv, which combines the healthy benefits of coffee and tea along with a moderate alcohol consumption. Liv provides instant alcohol infused tea and coffee tubes for active and on the go consumers.

Studies show that various moderate consumption of alcohol reduces the chance of common diseases by 25%. Different alcohols target and assist in different areas of the body– Red wine: Antioxidant Boost  /  Gin: Diet Boost  /  Whiskey: Vitamin C Boost  /  Brandy: Immunity Boost  /  Guiness: Healthy Heart Boost  /  Tequila: Digestion Boost  /  Cognac: Stress Relief Boost  /  Vodka: Memory Boost

Alcohol can be converted into powder through its sugar derivative, cyclodextrin, which is produced from starch by means of enzymatic conversion. The potency of the alcohol powder is 60 proof for 30% alcohol. 40% of the alcohol is retained within 15 minutes when put in simmering water.
